April 22, 2025 | CEAP National Secretariat Office, Quezon City — In line with its mission of promoting transformative Catholic education and enhancing organizational efficiency, the Catholic Educational Association of the Philippines (CEAP) successfully conducted a full-day Quality Management System Training on ISO 9001:2015. The session was facilitated by Dr. Ryan T. Liba, DBA, of Starqual Management Consultancy Services.
The training emphasized aligning internal processes with globally recognized standards to uphold CEAP’s commitment to quality service. Personnel from the National Secretariat gained valuable insights into the development and implementation of quality management systems (QMS) that are aligned with the organization’s strategic goals.
Key competencies were identified as essential deliverables in the coming days, including:
1. Developing and aligning QMS with institutional strategies
2. Interpreting and applying ISO 9001:2015 standards in organizational contexts
3. Conducting effective internal audits and utilizing evidence-based decision-making
4. Enhancing member-school satisfaction through consistency, compliance, and quality service
