Organized by the Quezon City Local Government Unit (LGU), Roman Catholic Bishop of Novaliches - Educational System (RCBN-ES), and San Bartolome de Novaliches Parish (SBNP), the CEAP National Secretariat completed their Covid-19 vaccine last June 25, 2021.
The National Secretariat together with the CEAP Retirement Plan Office staff received their first dose of the Sinovac-CoronaVac vaccine last May 25, 2021, at the Colegio de San Bartolome de Novaliches open grounds. After a month, the staff from both offices received the second shot of the vaccine completing the recommended doses to receive the most protection from Covid-19.
Standard health protocols were strictly followed and monitored to ensure everyone’s safety. The health frontliners from both the LGU and SBNP provided everyone with post-vaccination reminders such as possible common side effects and how to relieve them.
CEAP encourages everyone to sign up within their local government units to get free Covid-19 vaccines. Moreover, CEAP organized several webinars that discussed information, benefits, and concerns regarding the vaccine and its process.
