The Catholic Educational Association of the Philippines (CEAP) conducted its assembly for Region 2 last August 24-25, 2017, at the Sacred Heart Center of Saint Mary’s University (SMU), Bayumbong, Nueva Vizcaya. The two-day event took on the theme for the CEAP National Convention of 2017 entitled: “Communio: Building and Sustaining Communities for Life.”

The Opening Eucharist was presided by His Excellency Most Rev. Prudencio P. Andaya Jr., CICM, DD, alongside the parish priests of the region including SMU President himself, Rev. Fr. Renillo H. Sta. Ana, CICM.

The programs were well presented and aimed to align the objectives and expectations of the national office of CEAP with those of the region. There were more than 200 participants, including the CEAP member-schools who joined the concurrent workshop sessions and committee meetings on the second day of the assembly.
